A cloud account is a single AWS account, Azure subscription, or GCP project connected to CloudNest. If you have 3 AWS accounts, 2 Azure subscriptions, and 1 GCP project, that's 6 cloud accounts. We count connected accounts, not cloud providers — so a multi-account AWS organization counts each member account separately.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you don't lose access you've already paid for. There are no penalties for changing plans — we want you on the right plan for your current stage.
Annual billing is available on the Starter and Growth plans at a 20% discount versus monthly pricing — that's €1,910/year for Starter and €5,750/year for Growth. Annual plans are invoiced upfront. Enterprise contracts include custom multi-year pricing options negotiated directly with our sales team.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe for monthly and annual self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can pay via SEPA bank transfer, purchase order, or wire transfer. VAT is charged at the applicable rate for EU-based customers; we provide proper VAT invoices for business purchases.
