No credit card required — at all, for any reason, during the 14-day trial. We ask for your work email, your name, and which cloud providers you want to connect. Payment details are only requested if and when you decide to subscribe to a paid plan.
We typically confirm demo bookings within 4 business hours and have slots available same-day or next-day depending on your time zone. Demos run 30 minutes and are led by a platform engineer — not a product marketing person. We'll ask for your cloud providers and rough infrastructure size in advance so we can make the session relevant.
Yes. Our enterprise sales team is experienced with security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, DPA negotiations, custom MSAs, and purchase order procurement flows. The Starter and Growth plans are available month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Enterprise contracts are negotiated individually and typically run 12 or 24 months, with options for multi-year pricing and custom SLAs.
